COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to provide fundamental radiological awareness for employees who may use or interact with equipment or materials that may emit radiation within your facility or work area. It is important to note that many employees will probably never be exposed to radiation or radioactive source materials in the course of their work. This course covers awareness level training only. In some cases, for employees who may work with or near radioactive source materials or radiation-emitting equipment in a restricted area, additional training may be required.
